IMPORTANT Ordering 2 or more articles, you should add to you shopping cart an article called "PORTES" (writing the word "PORTES" in the search box, and adding the article to the cart) and send us an info request by email, clicking on the button near the "ORDER" button (inside the shopping cart). This way, we can adjust the shipment costs to make them less expensive to the client. Our commercial department will analyse the lowest cost possible to the shipment. That way, we can adjust the price of the package in function of the article's weight and size. Due to that, the article "PORTES" will gain the price of the shipment (including the respective taxes). You will receive an email confirming the shipment budget. After that, you can validate the order, choosing the sending mode "Shipment by Transport Budget". This way we can assure that the shipment has the lowest price possible to the costumer. To validate an order you will have to: - Register (Filling the registration form with all correct data).
- Sign In (Using the Username and Password provided in the registration process).
- Browse the shop, choose the desired article, and click "BUY". Then, the article goes to the shopping cart.
- To end the ordering process, you will have to follow the steps indicated in the shopping cart, attending to the terms described above in this page.

The articles remain into shopping cart until order validation, or even when the log out is made. They will stay into shopping cart as long as the user wants. - Reception and Conference: The order gets this status by defect so we can check all the data and availability.
- Waiting Payment: The order gets this status while our services confirm payment.
- Pending: Order waiting dispatch by different reasons.
- Executing: order getting ready for shipment.
- Sent: Order sent to the address in the register form.
- Order Cancelled: if the order cancelled by any reason.
You can pay all the orders made online by the following ways: - At our headquarters.

- Deposit into bank account (Through bank account).
- Cash on delivery (with an accessorial tax of 3.6 €).
