- The articles in the online store are warranty protected for 2 years (bill date), besides some exceptions. - If the bought product does not match with the desired one, if it doesn't work properly, of if it doesn't satisfy the buyer, the buyer has the right to replacement without additional costs. In case of replacement out of reasonable time period, the buyer has the right to have his money refunded. - In case of defective product, the manufacturer has the obligation to compensate the buyer for any personal injury or any material damage. - When aquiring goods or services by phone, mail, fax or internet, the client benefits the same rights to warranty, as if the product was bought to a professional dealer, in a fisical shop. |
